Owner Brian K Burdette began his career in the glass and glazing industry in 1984. Prior to starting Glasstech Services, Inc., he worked for two different glazing subcontractors in the Atlanta area. He has extensive experience as a draftsman and a project manager. His experience as a project manager on variety of jobs, both large and small, has proven to be an invaluable tool in starting and growing Glasstech Services, Inc. to the company it is today.

Our staff of ten (10) technicians has been trained to view each job from the project manager’s perspective. We thoroughly review each quote and set of architectural documents prior to, and during the shop drawing phase. We strive to resolve all problem areas prior to the first submission. This method of trouble shooting and submitting relevant RFI’s during the shop drawing phase has proven to be an invaluable asset to our customers. We have been able to save much time and money for our customers by identifying problem areas in advance before the materials are ordered, fabricated and sent to the field.

Because we have a larger staff than most, we have the flexibility that is necessary to get jobs done in a more expidiscious manner. Every project is placed into our standard schedule which is constantly fluctuating based on client needs and project concerns. If you have to get a “hot” job out in an expedited time frame, we have the ability to adapt to your needs and meet your requirements.

Glasstech Services Inc. has a very low turnover rate with our technicians. By providing a pleasant work environment along with a benefits package including major medical, dental and supplemental insurance, and a voluntary 401K plan, we are able to attract and retain a high level of qualified staff. Additionally, we provide initial and ongoing training of all personnel in the glass and glazing industry.
